Shipping Policy
We do not ship medication. A licensed pharmacy does. Here is how that works, and who to ask when something goes wrong.

Sierra Nevada Peptide Wellness does not hold stock and does not ship medication. Where an independent licensed clinician writes a prescription and it is eligible for fulfillment, a licensed pharmacy fills it and ships it to you. This page explains how that works, and who to ask when something goes wrong.
Who Ships Your Order
Three organizations are involved, and it helps to know which is which.
- Sierra Nevada Peptide Wellness
- We connect you with care. We are not the prescriber, we do not dispense medication, and we do not ship it.
- The clinician
- An independent licensed clinician reviews your intake and decides whether treatment is appropriate for you.
- The pharmacy
- A licensed pharmacy fills an eligible prescription and ships it to the address you gave during your intake.
What Happens After an Intake
- You complete your online health intake.
- An independent licensed clinician reviews it, and may ask follow-up questions.
- If treatment is appropriate and you are eligible, a prescription is written.
- A licensed pharmacy prepares the medication and dispatches it.
- Tracking information reaches you from the pharmacy or the telehealth platform.
A clinician may decline treatment, and completing an intake does not guarantee that medication will be prescribed. Where nothing is prescribed, nothing ships.
Processing Times
Processing starts once a clinician has approved treatment and the prescription has reached the pharmacy. How long it takes depends on the medication, on whether it is compounded to order, and on the pharmacy's current volume. A compounded preparation is made for you rather than taken off a shelf, so it takes longer than a stocked tablet.
We do not publish a guaranteed processing time, because it is not ours to guarantee. The telehealth platform gives you the current estimate when your order is confirmed.
Delivery Times
Once a package leaves the pharmacy it is in the carrier's hands. Transit is usually a small number of business days within the continental United States. Weather, holidays, and carrier delays all move that, and none of them are within our control.
Cold Chain Shipments
Some treatments have to stay cold in transit. Those ship in insulated packaging with a coolant, and they are timed to avoid sitting in a depot over a weekend.
When a cold shipment arrives, open it promptly and follow the storage instructions packed with it. If it arrives warm, if the coolant has fully melted, or if the packaging is damaged, do not use the medication. Contact the pharmacy or the telehealth platform straight away.
Shipping Costs
Shipping arrangements and any shipping cost are set by the pharmacy, and both are shown during the intake and at checkout. The total you see at checkout is the total you pay.
We add no separate charge on this website, because no payment is taken on this website.
Where We Can Ship
Shipping is within the United States only. We do not ship internationally, and we do not ship to freight forwarders.
Some treatments carry state restrictions and are not available everywhere. Eligibility is confirmed during your intake, before anything is prescribed. A treatment appearing on this website is not a promise that it is available in your state.
Order Confirmation
Once a clinician approves treatment and your order is confirmed, the telehealth platform emails you a confirmation setting out what was prescribed and what happens next. That email, rather than anything on this website, is the record of your order.
Tracking Your Order
The pharmacy or the telehealth platform sends tracking information once your order ships, to the email address you gave during your intake. Check your spam folder before assuming it never arrived.
We have no access to your order or its tracking, so we cannot look it up for you.
Split Shipments
An order with more than one item can arrive in more than one package, on different days, where the items are prepared or stocked separately. Each package carries its own tracking, so a partial delivery is not a missing order.
Signature on Delivery
Some shipments require a signature, and some require an adult signature. Where that applies you are told before the order ships.
If nobody is there, the carrier leaves a notice and tries again. After the final attempt the package returns to the pharmacy, and section 8 below covers what happens then.
Delivery Problems
If a package is late, missing, or arrives damaged, the pharmacy is the party who can resolve it. Contact them or the telehealth platform first, with your order details to hand.
- Late or stuck in transit: the carrier's tracking usually explains it, and the pharmacy can open a trace
- Marked delivered but not there: check with neighbors and your building, then report it promptly
- Damaged or compromised in transit: do not use the medication, and report it immediately
Changing an Address
The delivery address comes from your intake. Change it through the telehealth platform before your order ships. Once a package is with the carrier it usually cannot be redirected, and a prescription medication cannot simply be sent on to a new address.
Questions About a Shipment
If you are not sure who to ask, ask us. We cannot see your order, but we can tell you which of the three organizations above handles what you need, which is usually faster than guessing.
