Privacy Policy
What this website collects, what it does not, and where your health information actually goes once you start an intake.
Last updated: September 10, 2026
This policy explains what Sierra Nevada Peptide Wellness collects when you use this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it. It covers this website only. Your health intake is completed on a separate telehealth platform, which handles that information under its own privacy notice.
Who This Policy Covers
This policy applies to https://www.sierranevadapeptidewellness.net and to the messages you send us by contact form, email, or phone.
It does not apply to the telehealth intake platform we link to, to the independent licensed clinicians who review your intake, or to the pharmacies that fill a prescription. Those are separate organizations with their own privacy practices, and the split is explained below.
Information You Give Us
We ask for what we need to answer you, and nothing beyond it.
- Contact details
- Your name, email address, and phone number, when you complete the contact form or reach out to us directly.
- What you write
- The subject and the message you send us, along with anything else you choose to include in it.
- Nothing else
- We do not run accounts here, we do not take payment here, and we do not ask you for health information here.
Information Collected Automatically
Like most websites, ours records basic technical information when you visit.
- Your IP address, browser type, and device type
- The pages you open and how long you stay on them
- The website or the search that sent you here
- General location at a city or region level, worked out from your IP address
We read this in aggregate, to see which pages are useful and which are not. We do not use it to build a profile of you.
Where Your Health Information Goes
When you start an intake, you leave this website. The questionnaire is hosted by our telehealth platform partner on a separate domain, and the health information you enter there goes to that platform and to the independent licensed clinician who reviews it. It does not pass through this website, and we do not store it here.
Sierra Nevada Peptide Wellness connects patients with licensed clinicians and is not the prescriber. Once you are in the intake, that platform's own privacy notice and terms apply to what you enter. Read them before you begin.
Please do not send health information through the contact form on this website. It is a general inquiry form and it is not built to carry medical details. If you have a clinical question, start an intake or call us.
How We Use Your Information
- To answer your question, and to follow up if you ask us to
- To send you information about a treatment area you asked about
- To keep the website working, secure, and fast
- To understand which pages people find useful
- To meet a legal, regulatory, or record keeping obligation
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not hand it to anyone for their own marketing.
How Long We Keep Information
We keep contact form messages and email correspondence for as long as we need them to answer you and to hold a record of the conversation, then we delete them. Traffic information is kept in a form that does not identify you.
If you would like your message deleted sooner than that, ask us and we will do it.
How We Protect Information
We use encrypted connections, access controls, and established service providers. That said, no method of sending information over the internet is completely secure, and we will not pretend otherwise.
If we learn of a breach affecting your information, we will tell you and the relevant authorities as the law requires.
Your Choices and Rights
You can ask us to do any of the following.
- Tell you what personal information we hold about you
- Correct something that is wrong
- Delete what we hold
- Stop sending you email, which the unsubscribe link also does
Email jsilva@sierranevadapeptidewellness.net and we will respond. We may need to confirm your identity first, so that nobody else can make a request in your name.
State Privacy Rights
Several states, including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, and Virginia, give residents specific rights over their personal information. Those rights cover access, correction, deletion, and opting out of the sale or sharing of personal information.
We do not sell or share personal information as those laws define it, so there is nothing there to opt out of. The remaining rights are the ones listed above, and we extend them to everyone who contacts us rather than only to residents of those states. We will not treat you differently for using them.
Children's Privacy
This website is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and treatment through our telehealth partner is available to adults only. If you believe a minor has sent us information, tell us and we will delete it.
Text Messages and Marketing
If you give us your phone number and agree to it, we may text you about your inquiry. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies.
Reply STOP to any message to stop them, and HELP for help. Consent to marketing messages is never a condition of treatment, and declining them changes nothing about the care available to you.
Do Not Track Signals
Some browsers send a Do Not Track signal. There is still no agreed standard for what a website should do on receiving one, so we do not currently respond to it.
We do not track you across other websites regardless, which is the thing that signal is asking about.
Information We Receive From Others
Most of what we hold comes from you directly. We may also receive basic technical information from our hosting and analytics providers, and a message you send us through a social profile arrives with whatever that platform attaches to it.
We do not buy personal information from data brokers.
Links to Other Websites
This website links out to our telehealth intake platform, and it may link to articles and resources elsewhere. Once you follow a link you are on someone else's website, under their privacy policy and their terms. We are not responsible for how they handle your information.
Changes to This Policy
We update this policy when our practices change or when the law does. The revision date at the top of this page tells you when it last changed. Where a change is significant, we will say so rather than leave you to spot it.
